Bulk QR codes for tables & venues

Running table service? You might need twenty, fifty, or more QR codes — one per table — all pointing at the same digital menu. Creating them one-by-one is slow. With Free-QR.co.uk Pro+ and the Bulk QR import add-on, you can generate every table code from a single CSV in minutes.

Who this is for

• Restaurants & cafés — numbered table tents (Table 1, Table 2…)
• Pubs & hotels — bar, lounge, and function-room menus
• Events — multiple stations or vendor stands with the same info link
• Retail — shelf or bay labels linking to product pages

What you need

1. An active Pro+ subscription
2. The Bulk QR import add-on enabled under Billing → Add-ons
3. Your menu or landing URL (one link is fine for every table)

Fastest path: table CSV generator

1. Open Bulk create QR codes
2. Enter your menu URL, table range (e.g. 1–24), and click Download table CSV
3. Upload the CSV on the same page — each row becomes a styled QR with title “Table N”
4. Download PNG/SVG from your dashboard for print

The default table_service template applies warm café colours and a “View menu” frame — matching our homepage industry templates.

CSV format

Optional header row. Three columns:

• destination_url — where the scan should go (https required)
• title — name in your dashboard (e.g. Table 12)
• template — optional industry pack: restaurant, table_service, pub_hotel, salon, etc.

Limits

Each upload has a row limit set by the site admin (typically a few hundred rows). Extra add-on quantity can increase the cap — see your bulk import page for your current maximum.

Print tips

Use the same contrast and size guidance as our print QR guide. Laminate table tents if they are wiped down daily.
